Pictures of Community: Photography at Gateway Arts
May 4 through June 26
Gateway artists worked with Liz Linder, a renowned studio photographer and Station Street neighbor, to put their creative skills and experiences to work in photography, a new medium for many. This show is part of Gateway Arts’ Community Engagement Program and supported with grants from the Ruth and Carl Shapiro Foundation and the Virginia Wellington Cabot Foundation.
Home: Gateway Arts’ Summer Show
July 6 through Aug. 28
Gateway Artists explore the theme of Home, as they mark one year working and creating community in their new studios in Brookline Village.
Facilitated: New Studio Work
September 7 through November 25
The creative synergy that emerges every day in Gateway Arts studios is the heart of our program. Thanks to grants from the Ruth and Carl Shapiro Foundation and the Virginia Wellington Cabot Foundation, studio art facilitators worked one on one with artists over the last year, expanding their practice and exploring new media. The results are the focus of this exhibition.
100 & Under: Holiday Exhibition
December 5 through Jan. 4, 2027
This annual Gateway Arts tradition featuring affordable new work will coincide with our Holiday Fair and the concurrent Station Street Studios Holiday Marketplace.
