The teaching staff is comprised of professionally trained artists with backgrounds in human services. A marketing and public relations specialist promotes artists' work. An artistic coordinator and curator consults on designs and mounts exhibitions. A special education teacher conducts adult education classes, handles payroll, and coordinates a supported
employment service. The staff also includes a clinical coordinator and a behavioral
specialist.
