Boston Globe's Calendar Section(1/8/04) featured Gateway in an article,"Gateway Center Deals in Art Without Barriers". You can link to it at: http://www.boston.com/ae/theater_arts/articles/2004/01/08/gateway_center_deals_in_art_without_barriers?mode=PF Gateway was the main focus of the Boston Globe Magazine's "Finishing Touch" with a full page photo spread (10/19/03). The Boston Herald (9/9/03) printed a centerfold article about Gateway Arts and its upcoming 30th Birthday Celebration . Boston Magazine wrote about Gateway in its October issue, pp.248-9 "The Healing Arts".
Past Media Coverage We have had some excellent coverage of Gateway by the mainstream media, in recent years-such as when The Boston Globe featured the exhibition, ‘Dealer’s Choice, as a “Critics’ Pick” in its Sunday Arts & Entertainment section. The Globe’s popular Calendar Magazine published a photograph of a painting by Gateway artist Cameron Wilder from the ‘You are So Beautiful to Me’ summer show. Two full color photographs of whimsical craft items by Tony La Cambria and Nancy Cunningham appeared in two separate editions of the Sunday Boston Globe Magazine. ArtsMedia magazine, opened one of its recent editions with a photograph of the painting 'The Beatles', by Sanders Paul. We appeared in an article in the Brookline TAB, on local cable in an original video about ‘Taste of Gateway 2001’, and were featured by The Cape Cod Times in an article about our participation in an auction at the prestigious Skinner Auction House. |
